How did you get the jacks up? Be aware that they take a lot of amps to operate it is best to be plugged in or have the engine running when operating the jacks.
With it being cold do you have the block heater on? Turn it on overnight or for 3-4 hours before you try to start
When you turn on the key do the dash lights come on?
Is the parking brake pulled all the way out?
Try pushing the N button again with the key on.
I know it is frustrating when things don't work.
