Have you ever had a MH before? If you have, what has been your longest trip together?
From some of your questions it seems that this is a totally new experience to you. If this is, I would strongly suggest that you reconsider selling your house before you spend at least a few months in an RV on the road. A lot of the low mileage RV's that you see for sale are sold by people that jumped in to full timing without any previous experience. it is not for everyone and it can be an expensive lesson to learn. Just saying......

Selling your house first with no previous RV experience could be disastrous.
Most have at least weekend/seasonal RV'd, owned an RV, and have at least snowbirded once to a southern state for winter, etc BEFORE ever thinking of selling the house and hitting the road.
With out some sort of experience there are SOOO many variables and costs involved in going full time that you will not be aware of.
And lastly many have 'saved' and 'planned' and have an 'exit strategy' AND have tested the waters to go full time BEFORE they decide to sell their home.
Certainly don't want to rain on your parade but I would really feel bad for you folks if you sold everything and found out living in an RV full time was not for you. :C
