We've had ours for a few months. They are discontinued now. We are very pleased with ours. It's incredibly easy to drive and to use and can top 75 mph. It is small enough to take almost anywhere and can be setup and ready at a campsite in 15 minutes.

The new 2015 View/Navion all have cab over humps, but the bed is an option in these compartments. Winnebago has been "streaming" in changes so you might still find a Profile or IQ at some dealers.

For 2015 the Winnebago View Profile and Itasca IQ have been dropped. There is only the cab over version now. The bed is listed as a option, so I expect the cab over will be configured as storage normally.

I have an Itasca IQ now. If I were looking for a new unit, I'd have to look at Leisure Travels Vans models, which are both a better color scheme (all silver/gray) and have some unique and interesting floor plans. Winnebago's Via/Itasca Reyo, is quite a bit more money than the View Profile/Itasca IQ had been.

Every inch narrower would sometimes help in the places we go. However, 101 non-slide inches of width sure feels good once we get camped.

They have been installing shorter arms for a number of years since ours was built.

The Phoenix Cruiser was mentioned being narrower on page 2 being a B+.

I notice that your cab mirrors seem to stick out just as wide as the remotely controlled and heated mirrors on our 101 inch widebody Class C.

I wonder why PC doesn't tuck those in just a bit (using a shorter arm) to better match their coach's narrower width?

Yep....

All PC models are a consistent 93" wide but you do have to add at least 4" for the illuminated entry door handle. The shorter/lighter models built on the E350 are only 9'-10" to the tippy-top of the a/c unit. The longer models built on the E450 & the shorter models on the Sprinter are all 3" taller at only 10'-1" high. With the nicely angled aerodynamic transition walls and B+ cap, PCs cut through wind better than most.

Here is our older PC model 2350 on a 2007 E350 chassis. Note the entry door handle sticking out.

What no one has mentioned yet is that Phoenix Cruiser RV's are narrower than the normal class C built on the Ford Chassis.....

That is putting your rig to good use in a different sort of way.

We do have a kitchenette & bath in the basement so we'd resort to moving down there before considering the motor home.

Ron, if you want to live in your RV more, whether retired or going to work daily ... try having a major remodel done on your stick and brick quarters. We're having to partially live in our RV out in the back yard almost this entire summer for at least 10-12 weeks.

We're retired and an RV can get real boring if you can't visit new campsites in it once in awhile ... even more so in an extreme drought during which you can't even wash off the rig. :E
