Hmmmmm .... I better take a look at the Norcold hinges on our 2005 Class C. Maybe they're cracked and I don't know it? We have a small motorhome on the E450 chassis that rode rough in the rear, too ... until I finally installed special shocks to soften the jolts back there.
However a long, long time ago I installed spacer washers on the bottoms of the freezer and refrig door hinges for another reason - to make the doors close and latch better. It seemed like there may have been a dimensional problem in the original design, as lifting both doors just a bit with washers on each hinge's shaft at the bottom ends of each shaft made each door's latch mechanism line up better ... and hence close a lot better.
