The show that is filmed at the Hershey show sends out calling emails.. You respond to it , they then return your email with a questionnaire that needs to be filled out.. You then have to submit the form along with a video of you and your family ( who will be on TV) and they will GET BACK TO YOU...
I went as far as getting all the paperwork filled out last year , then was informed by DW in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS that she would Not be participating in anything having to do with her on being on TV.... Tried to rent a wife , but that's a whole other story! :B
