"Ford used to print thick books for each section of vehicle as described above. They were VERY complete and thorough books and were used by Ford authorized factory service dealerships/centers".
Helm used to print for about all OEM'shttp://www.helminc.com/helm/welcome_select_oem.asp?Style=helm
Couple things first...Lots of money for the real manuals, some items won't matter if you have the books or not as testing equipment on some items is even more $$$. El cheapo books from Auto part store should help and tons of info on line at different forums. As far as service items and when, try and insert VIN number. https://owner.ford.com/tools/account/maintenance/maintenance-schedule.html#/
When I got our 1 ton class C I bought a cheap scanner and fuel pressure gauge and couple others things and spent about $150.00
For your year model (in my opinion) learn about changing the fuel filter, in tank fuel pumps, fuel pressure testing and how to trouble shoot COP's(Coil Over Plug) where and how to clean MAF and how to use o/d correctly.
Use only OEM oil filter (built in silicone valve) to prevent oil leaking back down after shutting off motor. Most part houses will have filter you need.
Do the maint and you should be many get 250,000-500,000 miles on them. Motor will out last rv chassis I bet.
