What is different E-350 van with V-10 vs E-450 cutaway starts behind the transmission. Heavier dually rear axle (with bigger brakes but no parking brakes) on heavier springs, lame parking brake on transmission output shaft, no rear lighting. Maintenance procedures are the same for 4R100 and lighter 4R series transmissions used with the V-8 engines more often found in the van.
I don't think you'll be finding giveaways on old Workshop Manuals for E-450 components, as only the truck dealers would have subscribed to the series, and some only if they needed to do so to take care of a customer. Since I have not tried to subscribe, I don't even know what E-450 specific manuals might have been published for Ford by Helm.
