As for an offer, the whole idea is to shock them, like they have already done to you and whether you know it or not. The 70K asking is for those who have a trade and to make them feel good with thinking that they are actually getting more trade for their coach than they really are.
A straight out price would be more like the 55K or somewhere in between 55 and 66 with NADA, depending on the coach and more importantly with how much they have invested in it and a fact that you will never come to realize.
