The dealer just wants to use your money while they are waiting for the coach to arrive. This saves them paying interest on borrowed money. I am sure that IF the dealer has good credit, the TIFFIN factory does not expect to be paid in full for the coach before they actually manufacture/ship it.
This sounds like just a dealer trying to get his profit before he delivers the goods. Walk away from the deal. There are other dealers out there.
