IMO, the trouble with Big O is that they are a franchise. Two years ago, I had a tire failure during a trip so I bought new tires for my 5er at a Big O that is 120 miles from home. Fast forward to a month ago, one of my tires had tread separation. I took it to the local Big O who when they first looked at it said "manufacture defect, no problem to fix it". I got a call two hours later and was told that they would not replace it since I did not buy from them. If I wanted it fixed with road hazard, I would have to go back to the store I purchased from.
Lesson learned. No more Big O for me.
