It this is your first test and you don't have trend data then there isn't much that can be said on what to do next or if the high numbers are a concern.
Even though I would check your air filter, filter box and the plumen leading to the throttle body looking for possible openings that could ingest dirt. My intake system is fully intact with no leaks and my average is silicon 12 PPM. Sodium is averaging at 6 PPM using Mobile 1 and Chromium is at 1 PPM on a 2006 V10 withy 66,000 miles.
