Oil Change Frequency-V10
We have a 2011 29' motorhome with a V10 engine. I took it in for an oil change at the dealer yesterday and was told I should change oil every 3,000 miles. What do you think/do?

My uncle was a cattle rancher and had an old tractor parked near the barn. Piled next to the tractor was perhaps 30 oil soaked rolls of toilet paper. He told me they were used as filtering medium in the tractor oil filter. He NEVER changed the oil, only the toilet paper.
