Oil Change, shocks and possible wheel alignment

i wouldn't go replacing any shocks til you knew they needed to be replaced.

I too would like to know more about the condition of the tires/tread....was the wear uneven ? will an alignment cure the problem ?

what's the coach/chassis ? what tires (including size) are on it ?

37k miles by itself is not very many miles - when were the tires last inspected (how many miles did it take for the tires to wear down to the cords) ??
