This is what I need. The threaded rod that moves the "knife" up and down snapped. I can't see the top of the valve, but running my fingers over it I can tell there's writing on it. The black water valve is a Thetford 01447. I couldn't find a Thetford valve that resembles my gray water valve. Maybe I can get up there with a mirror to see the brand.
Looking at it harder, I have plenty of room to splice in a new valve. The gray and black water valves are not integrated like I thought. There's enough of a run of pipe before and after the valve to splice in a new valve and slip joints.
