I was skeptical that this is a real seller but sure does look like it is. I got a kick out of THIS line in the ad.
"Odor in a unit is a 'relative factor' and may vary from person to person, and any notes on odor are done in “good faith”. If you are sensitive to odors we suggest you inspect the unit in person.
