onan 4000 spec j running volts

I'm sure this has been hashed over. But finally got onan running. Here's what it does. Charging batteries only 126v when its running air conditioner 13.500 btu runs 122v to 124 v . Now is this within good working range. I adjusted main jet so it runs the smoothest. Any info be great.
