WE have the same setup (no slide) and we could not get the sides off while it was in the coach - we tried. To take it out of the coach, the front fiberglass panel has to come off and it had to be take out the front. We decided it was too much for us and we brought it to a Cummins Onan shop in Las Vegas. While they had it out, we had them do the complete maintenance. We had the hoses replaced as well as the other items you talked about. It cost us approx. $1000 plus we provided most of the parts since we had purchased them in hopes we could do it ourselves.
