Problem Solved - By the time we received the part (two way splitter check valve) we had found a local mechanic to take a look at it for us. He normally works on semi trucks with air ride but not motor homes. After about an hour of looking things over, he said he really didn't think the splitter was the problem. He actually didn't see any problem.
He suggested trying to drive straight forward. We had about 30 feet available in front of us. When we drove forward, the air bags on that corner started to inflate. The mechanic speculated that since that corner was lower than the other 3 corners that the bags just needed to break free. I don't really have the right words to describe it but either way, it is working now. He wouldn't even take any money for his time.
