Well I don't know what a bump stop is so I'm not sure exactly what I am saying. All I know is once we pulled straight forward about 15 feet, that corner started to come up. We were moving very, very slowly. by the time we had gone 30 feet, that corner was completely normal height. We drove it for about 6 miles and it rode completely normal.
I would have to say your ride height valve stuck.By pulling forward and any movement will juggle it enough to unstick
I had exactly the same thing happen on a old 1997 gulfstream several years ago
