1. HWH systems have NO reset procedure
2. IF the jack will retract that last inch by pushing with your hand, then the springs are weak. If NOT, then the inner jack seals are bad and the javk needs rebuilt
3. IF a jack does NOT extend, open up all 4 T handle releases at the jack solenoids at the pump. Operate the pump. If all 4 jacks extend (including the one that did not extend before), then either that jack solenoid is bad or there is NO 12 volt power to THAT solenoid when power is applied. When doing this test, all jacks will extend as long as the pump is running, when the pump syops all 4 jacks will then retract
4. There is NO REASON to lube HWH jacks as they are immersed in ATF when retracted. Doug
