Well, I worked on the system over the weekend and the result is that 3 of the jacks (both rear jacks and the driver side front jack) all extend and completely retract as they should. The passenger side front jack is still the problem. In cycling the system several times, the passenger side jack has come down about 3 inches. However, that is it. It has not come down any further and will not go back up. I tried opening the "T" handle valve for the jack, but it still did not go up. I also tried opening all the "T" handles and cycling the system. The other 3 jacks went down and then back up, but this one did nothing.
I inspected the fluid, and everything is fine/full. I also checked the hydraulic line to the passenger jack and there are no kinks/twist/bends in the line and no leaks. I also checked the connectors and everything is tight and looks to be ok. I did try to push on the jack base up and down when I ran the system, but nothing happended.
I did notice a "bolt" on the jack case on each jack and wondered what that is for? It looks like it is about in the middle of the jack body. The other 3 jacks seem to have the bolt tightened only part way and the passenger front jack seems to be all the way in. Not sure what it does.
Any additional suggestions would be appreciated. I will also contact azpete since he works at HWH.
Thanks again.
