That bolt is for the pressure switch on AUTO level HWH systems. NOT used and is just a PLUG. I have NEVER seen a Jack (HWH) NOT fully extend for any type defect. There is 3000 psi of pressure on the system. AT the solenoid for THAT stuck jack, crack the line nut open and see if the jack retracts(fluid will squirt out). IF it does, then THAT solenoid is defective. Replace it. Doug
