WOW - Same here.. I have heard of many folks on here sending emails to the JAYCO Customer Service email address and requesting build-out drawings etc and getting returns right away. They do submit the VIN NUMBER of their trailer with every request to identify their exact JAYCO trailer purchase.
The older JAYCO trailers were much better trailers and had very good workmanship and was the industry standard as reported by much of the users. When all of the manufacturers started the gutting of everything to make things light-weight probably is taking its tow I guess...

I too have been making outstanding comments on here about JAYCO being most prompt with return comments and requested material. All of their build-out material information is all done up in PDFs and most helpful as others have been reporting on here...
