Starting to sound like ignorance more than malfescance. The errors in details could be he doesn't know better. The pictures could be things he pulled from online resources instead of showing his own. Who knows.
Nonetheless...legit or not I would not want to buy something with this meany red flags. If the sale is this messed up, what do you think that says about the maintenance along the way?
