What I know from the little research I have done is the man that owns the house is a little older and his wife died a few years ago. My suspicion is that either he's losing it, or his son is the one trying to sell it and simply doesn't know much about RV's and used pics that he thought were actually of that RV. In either case - whether it's the Dad or the Son, whoever the actual seller is, is a complete a$$. When I emailed about the discrepancies I was immediately called stupid and a loser, he threw some F bombs in and at one point said I had no idea what I was babbling about. So despite this being a good deal - at least superficially, no way I would deal with this guy.
FYI - he fixed all the stuff I told him was wrong in the ad. No good deed goes unpunished I guess.
Usually the OPPOSITE is true. The heirs or family think the Motorhome is worth TWICE what it really is worth. Doug
