Perhaps. I might drive by over the weekend, but the stuff he said in his emails makes me think he's kind of a nutjob with explosive behavior. If it's him. And I question the point, as good of a deal as this might be, I wouldn't do business with him so it's kind of moot. I do think it's odd that the second ad is also gone. Unless he sold it.
