That brings me to next logical question: how do I know if seller is the owner?
Ask to see title, and state ID, then run VIN to see if name matches to ID and Title?
Will VIN check show owners name?
I'm sure title could be fake and ID too. If you selling 25K that not yours, it worth time and money to forge ID and Title.
