I'm sure title could be fake and ID too. If you selling 25K that not yours, it worth time and money to forge ID and Title.
How to protect yourself when buying used RV?
Private sale for cash the due diligence is harder. Going through a lender they will validate all the information and provide the means for a safe sale.
