May be looking for a TT soon......Just curious, what kind of things did the tell you that did not come true?
Honestly, except for an aftermarket installation which I pushed for expedition, they have yet to follow up on anything at all. We were told the "list"would be handled within the first week and that was a month ago. You will see a lot of "pass the buck" and blaming excuses, but after they got our money, the "customer service" pretty much stopped.
To be fair, there are some other details involved so I'm waiting with as much patience as I can muster, however, when you spend over $100k +, you should be able to enjoy the process. The stress in dealing with them has not been pleasant in our experience.
I don't want to go into more detail than that for right now, in case it ends up in court, but I can say with conviction, that I would never buy another RV from them under any circumstance. It is also important to note that there are some very good and hardworking people in the company that have been very nice to work with, but the "system" in our opinion, is designed to favor only CW, and not us the customers.
The point of my original post was to encourage everyone to do your homework. I wish I had read more about them before I bought from them. That's my mistake, not theirs, and I need to learn from the mistake.
Be informed, and don't count on anyone to protect your investment except yourself!
