I'm surprised that you need that much electric heat (including your floor pads I guess) - 6000 watts approximately equals four(4) 1500 watt portable heaters! Is this supplemented by your propane furnace or do you not use your propane furnace at all?
Isn't your Class C only about 28 feet? Not the largest out there by any means.
Here's the dual-power quartz tower radiant electric heater we used in the stick house living room during power outages and now use in the Class C. It can cook us out of our 24 foot coach ... but we've only used it down into the upper 30's. It "feels like" two of these (thus still needing only a 30 amp hookup) could still keep us comfortable in Canadian winter temperatures. By the way, I assume you have a ducted propane furnace ... so how are you keeping the voids inside cabinets (where fresh water pipes are) warm with only interior volume electric heat?:
