Thought I would chime in because I have one of the newer Ford chassis. The new V-10 has plenty of power and the 5 speed tranny is as good as any out there. I tow a Jeep and have pulled a 9% grade at 55 mph and that ain't bad. Power is not a problem and while it won't keep up with a 600 hp diesel, it will run with any diesel with equal horespower. My last Class A was a diesel and I don't regret my Ford.
