While the "options' may not add value per NADA it severely reduces the potential pool of willing buyers. I know when I was shortlisting units for sale I was looking for a specific list of items I want. There are items that are low cost to add during construction but high cost to add later. A heat pump is something that can save you money i.e. you are using electricity from a park to heat your unit for temperatures above 40F vs using propane. This is much less expensive and can extend your stay. Typically heat pumps produce even heat rather than propane.
