My needs do not include a DP but I do like comfort and pretty happy with my rig as it is. One item we have that was standard on ours is the heat pump, I might order that if we were to buy new. Our AC is a residential model and the HP is very nice to have. Another is the PM system.
The outside entertainment center is a total waste, I much prefer walking about and making friends or watching the campfire to sitting there staring at a TV screen. The definition, color and programming in nature is far superior to even a 4K TV set.
I did not consider extras when I looked at NADA pricing and did not add on to the selling price on mine for them. I did advertise at about low average NADA but listed all the extras. A lot of folks low balled my asking price and said that they weren't going to pay for all the extras. One guy did and that's all you need.
An item no one has mentioned that I wish I had was a built in dash cam(DVR) with easily reached dash mounted controls. I know that would add a couple hundred $s to the price but I'd pay for that gladly to eliminate the darn suction cup mount coming loose and to be able to turn the camera on or off without having to stop and get out of the seat to care for it. I'm over six foot but still can't reach the top of my windshield, heck I can barely reach the center bottom of the windshield while seated and unbuckled.
Buy what you want because someone looking to buy used will be happy with what you have for sale.
