We don't need all those extra's either. We watch OTA tv, when we watch and sure don't need the outside entertainment center. We are plumbed for washer/dryer, but will never get one. We prefer the storage space instead. The things we do like and would want again is EMS, 10 gal water heater, dual pane windows, 4 dr refrigerator and micro/convection oven. Having 2 A/C units and a ducted furnace. Heat strips are on our wish list for next time. The in dash backup camera is considered a mandatory item here, as well as power leveling jacks(manual is fine - don't need automatic)
