Fortunately for us, we found this one in a local dealer's inventory so didn't have to order it. Had we ordered one, it would have been $15K+ more.... this one had a sweet sale price.
If we had ordered one, it would have the full bunk up front rather than the split bunk/TV in the center. However, this setup is very workable for us. We have a 5'4 friend that will try the new bunks, else we'll set him up in the dinette bed. That may be easier for him anyway, as he is in his mid-60s.
