Outside mirror part needed

If there was an actual frame for the mirror, and it wasn't a convex surface, that might be possible.
They have a resident RV repair guy here who works with an established shop. He looked at it yesterday and is researching a replacement. He said he has seen this happen before and has never had a problem resolving it.
That said, I will also check out the links for those other manufacturers.
We have a month before our next relocation, so I hope to get this resolved before then one way or another.

Look for a nearby glass/mirror shop. My experience, they were able to cut to size and replace for a very nominal charge.

If it's not a Velvac mirror, then most likely it's a Ramco:

Check with Newmar. I had a similar problem and even knowing the mirror manufacturer we couldn't determine the correct mirror without getting the number from the coach manufacturer. Even then, they sent the incipirrect mirror as their cut sheets were labeled incorrectly. In the interim I used a self stick convex mirror as was suggested above.

Look at the mirror on the other side. There is probably a number on it that you can search for to replace the one you lost.

Yes, I looked at the Velvac ones. All of their convex mirrors are either larger, or tapered.

Whoops, sorry. Looked it up and it's probably not Velvac. Oh well, we'll leave the link because there are some Newmar rigs with Velvac.

Get a large convex mirror from most auto parts stores or Walmart for maybe a better temporary fix. If you cannot find one anywhere else you may have to resort to ordering from mirror manufacturer or Newmar. Newmar will charge two or three times what msnufacturer will but both will be expensive.

Go to the mirror manufacturer. If you have the Owners Package, the mirror installation manual may be in there. I had a broken housing on my passenger side, and the manufacturer had one. I don't remember the name right off-hand, but if you can't find the manufacturers paperwork, let me know and I'll go look it up. You probably have the same mirrors I do.
