I don't like our current induction cooktop because it doesn't have a set-by-temp feature. Just the number settings 1-2-3-etc. The heating "element" cycles on and off, like a micro does when you have it at less than full power.
We're considering replacing it with a PIC that can set/properly maintain a specific temp. And being able to use it outdoors would be good, as Katuna noted.
