x2. I have baked bread, cookies, and cakes; roasted pork loin and chicken; baked stuffed shrimp; cooked lasagna, and made homemade pizza. We use it as an oven way more than as a microwave. I think the only reason I will have a conventional oven if I ever get a s&b is for turkey - convection/microwaves aren't big enough for a full sized turkey. Turkey breast is doable though...
