I an having a hard time trying to figure out why so many would just start out by saying to replace the plug. If as he said it doesn't over heat on shore power, then that would lead me to believe it is OK. Now the receptacle could be bad, but why not start with the easy things first. I'm not saying the plug or receptacle isn't bad, but why not check things out instead of throwing parts at it? JMO
