Yes, you are correct-- many are very poorly maintained and prices IRRATIONALLY.
In fact, we have been looking for a coach for the last 3 weeks-- very frustrating, since I DO know what I am looking at.
Finally found one that was owned by "another anal" owner. And priced in NADA retail range.
Keep looking-- and for rust free, you may need to look further south!
