I agree that Fossil-Finder is exaggerating some. There are many coaches that have been taken care off and look almost new, even after ten years. You just have to get out of the east coast and come to the west where they do not use salt on the roads as much. Southern California, Arizona and Nevada would be where I would be looking for a used coach.
Lot of people are RVing and motorhomes are selling good. So that is why prices are up. I assume you are looking for a gasoline motorhome for the prices you mentioned. Diesel will cost you a lot more.
