I searched for over 11 months for our class A...ending in a purchase of our 2011 Georgetown several weeks ago. My search led me to a local rig 10 months ago that I felt was worth at most 32K, but the owner refused to negotiate much saying her price was 42K. It is still sitting for sale.
We found our coach in Texas at a small dealer. Great experience, and very reasonably priced super clean 1 owner rig. Price was 20K under NADA. In Tulsa, there is an identical coach for sale with a few more miles with an asking price 68K. We paid 45K and that included a Blue OX hitch and Brake Buddy System.
I discovered 90 percent of the rigs I looked at were overpriced and underwhelming. It took perseverance and I searched everywhere....we flew out to look at this one and drove it home. Good luck, and I feel your pain.
