I discovered 90 percent of the rigs I looked at were overpriced and underwhelming. It took perseverance and I searched everywhere........ Good luck, and I feel your pain.
What everyone is overlooking is MANY of the older RV's for sale were bought new before the crash and many owners till owe a lot of money on them.
And/or they traded their overpriced upside down new one in with money owned, bought a used one and the balance of the loan goes on that older one making that one upside down as well.
Owners are so up side down they can't trade them and try to sell them themselves. Those are the ones you see overpriced and still see for sale month after month.
