If you are looking for a few days to just lay over, consider visiting Delawares beaches. Delaware has 3 Casinos that are RV friendly. Harrington is great. You can take a 50 minute drive to visit Rehoboth Beach, Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen and the Delaware Seashore State Park The Casinos are not large like Atlantic City, but are open 24hrs a day. From Harrington, you are not far from Rt404 to head west to cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge on your way to DC
