Well the correct answer is Yes, No, Maybe. You must unhook for a backin site. A pull through site might not be long enough to stay hooked. You may not be able to reach the utilities when hooked up, but it's always a good idea to carry extensions for all hookups.

Or... if we are close to level, don't send down the jacks but still put out the slides? Do what your mfg recommends.

What does everyone else do? It doesn't matter - not all rigs are the same.
