I looked seriously at this model when I was making my recent purchase. The reasons that I decided against it were:
1) I simply do not drive enough to own a DP.
2) I did not like the fact that the bathroom is a "residential style." I wanted a pass-through bath that could be closed off on each end.
3) If I'm going to have a residential fridge, then I wanted the great, big honking french door fridge.
4) No real pantry space.
5) Inadequate handholds at the entrance for an elderly parent.
Things that I did like about it:
1) The folding dining table.
2) The C-shaped extendable sofa (also on the 35G gasser model).
3) Easier access battery compartment (batteries are in a line and easy to access on an individual basis).
4) The lack of an engine hump. Think again about aforementioned elderly parent.
5) Available cab-over bed.
6) The double awning.
