I don't have the Solei but as far as performance climbing grades I don't think it will be much better than your Itasca. Yes it has more power but the Diesel is way heavier. You can expect much better gas mileage and a quieter cab as the engine is out back. The air suspension is also a major upgrade from the Ford leaf spring setup.
