Thanks and I agree. I have been using the document you reference, which is why I am concerned; the measurements are based on the document. With the MH fully loaded I'm sure it will be at/under 5" and can do 3deg caster alignment. One concern is the front will be nice and stiff, but if I don't stiffen the backend I'm worried it will be a low-rider in the rear. Will that make it handle poorly; is it better to have the frame angle down (towards the front)? I also hear you loud and clear about Henderson springs. They are pricey, but you are paying to get springs that are specifically sized for your MH load/GAWR; not guestimating like I did. I am a shade tree mechanic trying to save some $ and knew this (uncertainty about end result) was a possible result. Where to go from here is the question? I am thinking it makes sense to get the MH fully loaded, hook up the trailer and take new measurements and a test drive. If the back is too low and it handles terribly, I could either stiffen up the back and/or change the front springs.
