Our 2008 Monaco Dynasty purchased in April 2007 had just started to check in the black section of the paint on the passenger side (noticed in summer of 2014.... sold in November of 2014). It had just shy of 70,000 miles on the odometer.
The paint felt smooth as glass with no cracks but you could see 'curls' in the paint (don't know how else to describe it). I pointed it out to the consignment dealer. It didn't seem to be an issue with anyone looking as it was never mentioned to me.
We sold the coach for 49% of purchase price after 7.5 yrs. of ownership (45% after fee). And, it was in fantastic shape and serviced regularly. It had new tires from 2013 and 8 new house AGM's (2 yrs. old) and 2 new chassis batteries. So, the coach was ready to roll!
