Before we purchased our first MH, about 30+ years ago, we thought we might rent one for a trial trip. This was before the big rental agencies. We saw plenty of unbelievably low mileage rigs that were really "well worn out" on the inside. People would drive the MH 30 miles to the beach, camp for two weeks or so, maybe even leave it at a local storage lot waiting for the next trip to the beach. I'm sure plenty of rigs get driven to the "membership campground" 50 or 100 miles from home two or three times a year for vacations. Low mileage alone should not be the deciding factor. How was it cared for is important.
